The Lieutenant

The Illustrated London News, vol. 40, no. 1134, p. 241.

The Lieutenant (not the Captain, as previously stated) of the Sumter, who was arrested at Tangiers, has been released. The Sumter remains at Gibraltar, but narrowly watched, by Federal ships.
