The New York Tribune says:--"Two nephews of the distinguished Hungarian Governor Kossuth, who have been serving in the army of Italy for the last two yeas, have arrived in this city, intending to offer their services in any capacity to the Government of the United States in its contest with the rebellion. A son of Mdme. Ruttkai, another sister of the ex-Governor, has also entered our service."
